The NP will perform advanced wound evaluations, debridement, and dressing selection, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and educate patients and families on prevention and self-management. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, rehab, and case management to optimize healing and reduce complications, while documenting care accurately in the EMR.
