Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.

- Protect company assets by observing the activities of employees and customers via surveillance cameras - Review video footage on cases of patron/internal control disputes. - Complete daily activity report and note any pertinent facts - Monitor recording equipment, and check equipment operation - Notify appropriate person when infractions, cheating, etc. are observed, including MGC agent on duty
- High school diploma or G.E.D required. - Six months related experience and/or training preferred. - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. - Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. - Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
